Abstract
As a result of
experiments of hybridization of Pinus
sibirica on clonally grafting plantation, cones of first
generation with
high seed productivity were obtained. Embrional suspensor masses,
somatic
embryo and plant regeneration from zygotic embryos of Siberian pine and
Siberian larch in culture in vitro
by
selection of composition of culture medium have been obtained.
Embrional masses
of hybrid seeds from heterosis trees with annual cycle development of
female
cone have active growth. Genotypes of donor plants of Siberian larch
and
Siberian pine witch produced pure embryonal line, somatic embryo and
plant have
been determined.
