Abstract
Genuses of Amanita, Boletus,
Cortinarius, Suillus, Tricholoma
were
studied. Cultures from fruit body, identification by macro-,
micromorphological
characteristics and DNA sequences were obtained. Peculiarities of
growth,
biochemical composition of cultures were analyzed.
