Abstract

The forest legislation in Russian Federation and also the experiense of two-year work on the planning of forest plots and preparing of projects of forest development on the territory of Krasnoyarsk region were analysed. Positive and negative sides in this research were determined. The suggestions to the improvement of planning of forest plots and preparing of projects of forest development were worked out adjusted for the practice of an application of forest ang land legislation for last two years.
